Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume release periods, processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Nigeria)
• Lagos: 1–5 business days.
• Other States: 3–7 business days.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
International Shipping
We ship globally:
• Dubai & UAE: 5–14 business days.
• Rest of World: 7–14 business days.
• Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local courier delays.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
TEKIKA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages & Issues
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue for you.
